Industrial-grade evaporation system is widely used in scenarios such as solution concentration and wastewater treatment in chemical, food, environmental protection and other fields. The system uses stainless steel (such as 316L) or corrosion-resistant alloys as the core materials, adopts modular combination design, and integrates heating chamber, separation chamber, circulation components, condensation system and intelligent control unit.

Relying on multi-effect evaporation or MVR (Mechanical Vapor Recompression) and other technologies to achieve high efficiency and energy saving: Multi-effect evaporation utilizes a series of “multi-stage heating – evaporation” processes, gradually utilizing steam heat energy to enable cascaded heat transfer; MVR technology recovers the secondary steam generated during evaporation, which is then heated, pressurized by a compressor, and reused as a heat source, significantly reducing the consumption of external steam. During operation, materials are heated and evaporated under vacuum or atmospheric pressure, with water separated in the form of steam, thereby concentrating the solution (such as concentration of food juices) or achieving “reduction” treatment of wastewater (such as removal of water from high-salt wastewater). Additionally, the system is equipped with aPLC intelligent control system, which can accurately regulate key parameters such as temperature, pressure, and evaporation capacity, ensuring stable processes and supporting remote/unattended operations.
