Three-dimensional Mixer

A three-dimensional mixer is an industrial equipment used for high-uniformity mixing of powdery and granular materials, and is widely applied in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food.

Working principle


The mixing barrel of the three-dimensional mixer performs translation, rotation, and rocking movements in the three-dimensional space, causing the materials in the mixing barrel to be in complex motion states such as “rotational flow – translation – inversion and falling”. This generates alternating pulses that continuously drive the materials. Each particle constantly changes its position during frequent movement and diffusion, thereby achieving uniform mixing.

Structural composition:


It is mainly composed of a machine base, a drive system, a three-dimensional motion mechanism, a mixing drum, and an electrical control system. The machine base is made of section steel and covered with a stainless steel mirror panel. The drive system includes a motor, a transmission and reduction system, a frequency converter, etc. The three-dimensional motion mechanism adopts an active and driven dual-axis structure and a three-dimensional motion rocker arm structure at both ends of the two axes. The mixing drum is composed of a drum body, a regular frustum feeding end, an eccentric frustum discharging end, etc. It is made of high-quality stainless steel with precision polished inner walls.

Technical parameters:

The parameters of different models of three-dimensional mixers vary. Taking the SBH series as an example, its barrel volume ranges from 10L to 1500L, the maximum loading volume is approximately 80% – 90% of the barrel volume, the rotation speed is generally 0 – 15r/min or 0 – 12r/min, and the power ranges from 0.55KW to 11KW.
