Stainless steel condensers are key equipment in industries such as chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, and food processing for achieving steam condensation and heat exchange between cold and hot fluids. With the excellent performance of stainless steel materials and structural designs like tube bundles, they are suitable for condensation process requirements in multiple scenarios.
The equipment uses stainless steel (such as 316, 304, and other materials)as the core manufacturing material, which has excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance, and can operate stably under complex working conditions such as acid-base and high temperature. It adoptsa shell-and-tube structure(the tube bundle is placed in the shell, forming tube side and shell side channels). The cold and hot fluids flow in the tube and between the shells respectively, and efficiently transfer heat through the tube wall, so that gaseous media such as steam can be quickly condensed into liquid. The equipment has a wide range of specifications and models, covering different heat exchange areas from 10 square meters to 200 square meters, which can flexibly meet the condensation needs of small-scale tests, pilot tests, and large-scale industrial production.
