Structural composition:
A horizontal enamel storage tank is a kind of storage equipment with an enamel inner liner. It is usually made of Q235B/Q234R/Q345R plates and fired with medium-temperature or high-temperature porcelain glaze. It can be divided into those with jackets and those without jackets.

Features:
Strong corrosion resistance: The enamel inner tank can effectively resist the erosion of various chemical substances, ensuring the quality of stored materials.
Good stability: The horizontal design makes the storage tank have a low center of gravity and good stability, which is not easy to tip over, and can avoid material waste and production accidents.
Small floor area: Compared with vertical storage tanks, horizontal enamel storage tanks occupy a small area and can make better use of space.
Large capacity: Its large capacity can meet the storage needs of different industries.
Low cost: The manufacturing cost of horizontal enamel storage tanks is relatively low, and they have a long service life and low maintenance cost, thus having high cost performance.
Technical specifications:
Acid resistance: It has good corrosion resistance to various organic acids, inorganic acids, and organic solvents.
Alkali resistance: The corrosion resistance of enamel to alkaline solutions is poorer than that to acid solutions, but it can also meet certain usage requirements.
Operating temperature: The general operating temperature is 0-200℃, and the thermal shock resistance is ≥200℃.
Porcelain layer thickness: The thickness of the porcelain layer is generally 0.8-2.0mm, and the thickness of the porcelain layer of accessories is 0.6-1.8mm.
Withstand voltage: Enamel has good insulation properties. When checking the porcelain layer with a 20KV high-frequency electric spark within the specified thickness, the high-frequency electric spark cannot penetrate the porcelain layer.
Application fields:
It is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, grain and oil, food, fire protection, transportation, metallurgy, and national defense for storing various liquid or powder materials.
