Structural Composition
Tank body: Usually made of metal materials such as carbon steel or stainless steel, it has certain strength and rigidity and can withstand the pressure of the internally stored substances and the influence of the external environment.
Enamel layer: It is a key part, composed of inorganic glassy materials. It is coated on the inner surface of the tank body through a special process, which can effectively prevent direct contact between the stored substances and the metal tank body and avoid corrosion.
Head: Generally, elliptical or spherical heads are used, which are connected to the tank body by welding or flanges to form a sealed container. They can improve the strength and stability of the storage tank and facilitate installation and maintenance.
Support: Used to support the weight of the storage tank, there are forms such as saddle supports or leg supports. During design, factors such as the weight of the storage tank, the density of stored substances, working temperature and earthquakes need to be considered to ensure safe and stable operation.
Inlet and outlet pipes: Used for feeding and discharging materials, they are usually connected to the tank body by flange connection or welding. The design needs to consider factors such as the flow rate, pressure and temperature of the stored substances.
Manhole and handhole: Used for inspection, maintenance and cleaning, they are usually set on the top or side of the tank body. The design needs to consider the safety and convenience of operators, while ensuring the tightness and strength of the storage tank.

Specification and model
The specifications of vertical enameled glass storage tanks range from K200—K3000L to F50000L. They are equipped with liquid level gauges and discharge valves. The thickness of the enameled glass layer is 0.8-2.0mm, and they have passed the 20KV high-voltage test.
Features
Strong corrosion resistance: The enamel layer is mainly composed of highly corrosion-resistant substances such as silicon dioxide and boron trioxide. It has excellent corrosion resistance to various acid, alkali, and salt solutions, and can effectively isolate the medium from the metal matrix to prevent corrosion reactions.
Good sealing performance: High-performance sealing devices are adopted to prevent material volatilization and the entry of external impurities, reduce risks to the environment and health, and ensure the tightness and cleanliness of the storage environment.
High-temperature stability: It can withstand high temperatures, usually usable in the range of -80℃ to 300℃, and can bear higher temperatures under special circumstances.
Long service life: The metal matrix usually uses high-quality low-carbon steel or stainless steel, which has good mechanical strength and rigidity. The surface glass-lined glaze layer has high hardness, strong wear resistance, and strong bonding force with the metal matrix, not easy to peel off, with a service life of 15-20 years.
Advantages of vertical design: The vertical structure has a low center of gravity, good stability, and a small footprint, suitable for factories with narrow spaces. In addition, it is convenient for feeding and discharging, improving production efficiency.
Application fields
Widely used in fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, light industry, medicine, pesticides, food, dyes, and scientific research, it is suitable for the storage or transportation of any medium except hydrofluoric acid, hot concentrated phosphoric acid, and strong alkalis.
