Working principle:
The packaging machine is supplied with film by a reel. After the film is fed in through the conveying system, it is folded by a forming device to form a cylindrical cavity. The product is fed into the cavity by an automatic conveyor belt. Then the machine seals the film using temperature and pressure, and finally cuts each package from the film to complete the individual packaging.
Structural composition:
It mainly includes the supply conveyor section, film supply section, bag making section, middle sealing section, product conveying section, bottom sealing section (end sealing), and discharge belt. The supply conveyor section is responsible for transporting the items to be packaged, the film supply section provides packaging materials, the bag making section forms the bags, the middle sealing section completes the central sealing, the product conveying section transports the products, the bottom sealing section performs cutting and sealing, and the discharge belt sends the packaged products to the next workflow.

It usually features dual-sensor or dual-inverter control, allowing flexible cutting of bag lengths or immediate cutting upon setting, which saves time and film. It is equipped with a human-machine interface for convenient and quick parameter setting. It has a fault self-diagnosis function with clear fault display. It adopts high-sensitivity photoelectric color mark tracking for accurate sealing and cutting positions. It has independent PID control for temperature, suitable for various packaging materials. It has a positioning and stopping function, preventing knife sticking and packaging film waste. The transmission system is simple, with reliable operation and convenient maintenance.
