Structural Composition
The structure of a freeze dryer must simultaneously meet three core requirements: “low-temperature freezing”, “vacuum environment”, and “heat supply”. It mainly consists of the following systems:
Refrigeration system Compressor, condenser, expansion valve, evaporator (inside the freeze-drying box / inside the water trap), refrigerant (such as R404A, R23)

Working Principle
The core of freeze-drying lies in the “triple-phase change of water” — using a vacuum environment to make ice sublimate directly without going through the liquid phase. The entire process is divided into three indispensable stages: pre-freezing, sublimation drying, and desorption drying.
1.Freezing Stage;
2.Primary Drying Stage;
3.Secondary Drying Stage;
Features
The advantages of freeze dryers stem from their “low-temperature vacuum” drying environment, with the following specific characteristics:
1. Preserve the core quality of materials;
2. The product has high stability;
3. Strong compliance;
Application fields
The application scenarios of freeze-drying machines are highly dependent on the needs of “preserving quality” and “extending shelf life”, and are mainly concentrated in the following industries:
1.Pharmaceutical industry;
2.food industry;
3.bioengineering;
4.New Materials Industry;
