Structural Composition
Pot body: Welded from inner and outer pot bodies, both made of stainless steel such as 06Cr19Ni10. They are welded using a full penetration structure as specified to ensure sealing performance and strength.
Jacket: Located between the inner and outer pot bodies, it is used to fill heat-conducting oil. Electric heating tubes are installed in the jacket to provide heat source for heating materials.
Tilting mechanism: The tilting jacketed pot is composed of a worm gear, worm, handwheel, bearing seat, etc. By shaking the handwheel, the pot body can be tilted to facilitate unloading.
Support: Used to support the pot body, there are different forms such as tilting frames and vertical supports. The tilting frame is composed of an oil cup, bearing seat, support, etc.
Electric control box: Contains a temperature control system. It monitors the temperature of the heat-conducting oil through temperature sensors such as PT100, and can automatically control the operation of the electric heating tube according to the set temperature to achieve precise temperature adjustment.

Working Principle
After the electric heating jacketed kettle is powered on, the electric heating tube generates heat to heat the heat-conducting oil in the jacket, and then the heat-conducting oil transfers the heat to the materials inside the kettle body, achieving pressure-free heating. At the same time, the stirring device rotates under the drive of the motor, causing the materials to continuously turn over and fully exchange heat with the kettle body. The temperature control system monitors and automatically adjusts the temperature in real time to ensure that the materials are processed in a stable temperature environment.
