Decanter Centrifuge

The decanter centrifuge is a core equipment for continuous solid-liquid separation, mainly consisting of a horizontal rotating drum, integrated with a screw discharge device and a differential transmission system. During operation, the mixed materials enter the high-speed rotating drum. Driven by centrifugal force, the solid particles with higher density quickly settle on the inner wall of the drum and are continuously pushed to the slag discharge port by the screw pusher for discharge; the liquid phase flows along the axial direction of the drum and overflows from the liquid phase outlet, realizing continuous solid-liquid separation. The equipment is supported by a stable frame, and core components such as the drum and screw are made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, enabling long-term stable operation under complex working conditions such as food waste treatment and chemical suspension separation.
