This series of beer fermentation tanks is made of food-grade stainless steel (such as 304/316 stainless steel), which has excellent corrosion resistance and hygiene, fully complying with food production standards. The tank body adopts a scientific structure of “cylindrical main body + conical bottom”: the cylindrical part provides sufficient space for the fermentation reaction of wort and yeast; the conical bottom facilitates the natural sedimentation and centralized collection of yeast after fermentation, and at the same time helps to separate the fermentation liquid from the yeast more efficiently.
The tank body integrates a smart temperature control system (mostly adopting a jacketed design, which can accurately achieve cooling or heating regulation), a pressure regulating component, and a sanitary-grade pipeline interface. It is also equipped with practical components such as a manhole (facilitating internal cleaning and maintenance) and a sight glass (for real-time observation of the fermentation status inside the tank). It can precisely control key parameters such as “temperature and pressure” during the fermentation process, ensuring a stable beer fermentation environment and laying a solid foundation for high-quality beer brewing. In terms of specifications, it covers multiple volume models and can flexibly meet the production capacity requirements of different production scenarios from small craft brewing studios to medium-sized breweries.
