The aluminum-plastic blister packaging machine is a device used to encapsulate products in aluminum-plastic blisters, and it is widely applied in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and daily chemicals.

Structural Composition


Thermoforming aluminum-plastic blister machine: Softens plastic by heating and then forms it. It has a fast forming speed, is suitable for large-scale production, but has slightly lower precision.
Cold forming aluminum-plastic blister machine: Uses prefabricated blister molds to make plastic fit through pressure. It has high precision, is suitable for occasions with special requirements for blister shapes, but has a slightly slower speed.

Main structure and functions

Forming device: Heats and softens plastic sheets and forms blisters under the action of molds.
Heat-sealing device: Heat-seals aluminum foil with formed blisters to ensure the tightness of the packaging.
Feeding device: Used to accurately put products into blisters. Different products need to be equipped with corresponding feeders.
Batch number printing device: Prints product batch numbers, production dates and other information on aluminum foil.
Indentation device: Presses indentation lines on packaging plates for easy tearing.
Blanking device: Blanks the heat-sealed packaging plates into individual blister packaging products.

Working principle


Aluminum-plastic blister packaging machines typically use plastic sheets such as PVC hard sheets, PVDC, PET, and aluminum foil as packaging materials. The plastic sheets are softened by heating and formed into blisters under the action of a mold. Then, the products are placed into the blisters, and aluminum foil is covered over them. The aluminum foil and plastic blisters are tightly bonded using heat-sealing technology, and finally, individual blister-packaged products are obtained through blanking.
