Basic functions
It can continuously complete core processes such as automatic tube feeding, positioning and identification, automatic filling, tail sealing, coding and shaping, and finished product output. The equipment feeds tubes through mechanical or manual assistance, uses photoelectric sensors to identify the color marks and directions of the tubes, adopts servo pumps, plunger pumps, etc. for precise filling, selects hot-melt or metal edge pressing for tail sealing according to the tube material, codes and shapes the tail-sealed part, and finally outputs the finished products.

Main composition structure:
It is usually composed of modules such as a paste hopper and conveying system, a metering and filling system, a heat-sealing system, a photoelectric alignment system, a PLC control system, and a replaceable mold system. Among them, the paste hopper has heating and stirring functions, the metering and filling system controls the filling volume, the heat-sealing system completes the tail sealing, the photoelectric alignment system ensures that the tail seal is aligned with the trademark, the PLC control system realizes automatic control, and the replaceable mold system is adapted to different hoses.
