30B Crusher

The 30B crusher is an efficient crushing equipment that integrates crushing and dust removal functions. Relying on the toothed disc impact crushing principle and all-stainless-steel structural design, it is widely used in the processing of brittle materials in industries such as medicine, food, and chemical engineering. Some derivative models can achieve ultra-fine crushing and cell wall breaking.

Structural Composition


Crushing System: The core is a combined structure of a movable gear disc and a fixed gear disc. The movable gear disc rotates at a high speed with the main shaft (rotational speed 3800r/min) and forms a staggered tooth set with the fixed gear disc, achieving material crushing through impact and shearing actions. The crushing chamber is made of all stainless steel, with precision polishing treatment on both inner and outer walls, no dead corners, easy to clean, and compliant with GMP standards. Some models are equipped with a water circulation cooling device, which can avoid the damage to heat-sensitive materials (such as pharmaceuticals, food) caused by high temperatures during the crushing process.

Classification and Collection System: The bottom of the crushing chamber is equipped with a replaceable screen. The fineness of the finished product is controlled by selecting screens with different apertures of 60-120 meshes. Coarse materials will continue to be crushed in the crushing chamber until they meet the particle size requirements. It is equipped with a collection bag and a material collection box. The finished product automatically enters the collection bag through centrifugal force to achieve rapid collection.

Dust Removal System: Composed of a dust suction fan (power 0.75-1.1kw), a dust suction box and a bag filter, it can efficiently filter the dust generated during the crushing process, avoid flying pollution, and improve the material recovery rate.

Transmission and Control System: The main motor power is 5.5kw (7.5kw for some models), which drives the main shaft to drive the movable gear disc to operate. The electric control box can adjust the feeding speed and motor load to prevent stuffy cars. Some derivative models (such as ZCW-30B) are equipped with touch screen intelligent control, supporting low-temperature refrigeration (-25℃ to 0℃) and precise parameter setting.

Working Principle


Feeding stage: Brittle materials with a particle size of ≤10mm enter the crushing chamber through the feed hopper, and quantitative feeding is achieved by means of slight vibration of the equipment.
Crushing stage: The high-speed rotating movable gear disc and the fixed gear disc form a strong shearing and impact area. The materials are crushed by mechanical force between the gear sets, and the mutual collision between materials further improves the crushing effect.
Classification and collection stage: Materials that meet the fineness requirements enter the collection bag through the screen, while coarse materials remain in the crushing chamber for further processing; dust is filtered and collected by the dust suction system to achieve dust-free operation.
